Forward Deployed Engineer
Build marketing that works. Ship where others draft decks.
You're the builder who sits next to marketing, opens a laptop, and ships the landing page, the email flow, the campaign asset, or the micro-tool the team actually needs by Friday. Half marketer, half engineer — you turn strategy into deployed reality.
What you'll do
- Partner with marketing and growth to identify what's blocking a campaign — then build the thing that unblocks it.
- Ship landing pages, email templates, interactive content, and growth micro-tools end-to-end.
- Wire up marketing integrations: tracking, attribution, lead routing, CRM sync — the invisible plumbing that makes campaigns measurable.
- Feed everything you build back into enso's product — the tools, patterns, and agents that should exist for every customer.
What we're looking for
- Strong TypeScript and React. You'd rather ship a working page than write a Figma comment.
- You've run a real marketing campaign or growth experiment — not just built the landing page, but watched the numbers.
- Comfortable with the messy stack of modern marketing: CMS, CRM, automation, analytics, email platforms.
Bonus signal
- You've worked as a growth engineer, marketing engineer, or builder at a startup where you shipped weekly.
- You can write copy that doesn't sound like AI wrote it.
