Head of Growth

Find the loopholes before the algorithm patches them shut.

Own how enso grows — and how the market understands this new category. You'll run growth like a red team: probe search engines, inboxes, feeds, communities, AI answers and social platforms; test attention loopholes fast; and turn the winners into repeatable systems and agents. This is not a traditional marketing role — we're hiring a growth researcher, operator and builder, not a campaign manager.

What you'll do

  • Own enso's growth strategy end-to-end — awareness, demand, acquisition, conversion, pipeline and revenue influence — selling to mid-market companies (30–1,000 employees, $1M+ growth budgets).
  • Design and run fast experiments across Agentic SEO/GEO, SDR, Community, Newsletter, Social, partnerships, outbound, paid, events and surfaces we haven't named yet.
  • Work directly with the CEO to sharpen enso's market narrative — why the old GTM playbook is breaking and why agentic growth changes the cadence.
  • Build enso's Growth Lab as a real operating function: part research team, part media engine, part experimentation unit, part revenue machine.
  • Turn winning experiments into playbooks, agents, landing pages, sales assets, field notes and customer-facing proof points.
  • Own the funnel from first touch to qualified pipeline — messaging, channels, conversion paths, lifecycle, and sales handoff — and measure what matters (pipeline, CAC, conversion, channel efficiency, experiment velocity).

What we're looking for

  • You've led growth, demand gen, or revenue marketing in a fast-moving B2B SaaS, AI, martech or category-creating company.
  • You've generated real pipeline — not just traffic or impressions — selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers with serious budgets.
  • Fluent in modern B2B distribution: SEO, AI discovery, outbound, LinkedIn, communities, newsletters, paid, landing pages, lifecycle and sales-assisted journeys.
  • Strong taste in positioning, copy and narrative; analytical enough to measure experiments properly, creative enough to invent ones nobody else is running.
  • Comfortable with AI agents, automation, messy data, aggressive targets and imperfect information — you probe, learn, ship, improve.
  • Hands-on: you can write the landing page, analyze the funnel, launch the campaign, test the outbound angle, brief the designer and rewrite the pitch.

  • You've built a growth function from scratch — not inherited one with an agency roster and a dashboard.
