Run weekly reconnaissance on every ranking surface.
You'll act as enso's permanent eyes on the platforms — SERPs, feeds, inboxes, communities — looking for where attention is being mispriced this week. The field notes you write become next quarter's agents.
What you'll do
- Run small, sharp experiments on Google, Reddit, LinkedIn, Wikipedia, X — measure lift, not vibes.
- Publish weekly field notes that the team and the blog can ship from.
- Translate winning experiments into briefs that an Agent Engineer can productize.
- Maintain a living catalog of platform behaviors, signals, and patches.
What we're looking for
- You can read a SERP, a feed, or an inbox the way a security researcher reads a packet capture.
- Strong written reasoning — clear hypothesis, clean evidence, no fluff.
- Comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, and at least one scripting language.
Bonus signal
- Background in growth, SEO, distribution, or a former life as a journalist.
- You've personally moved a metric you can point at.
