Agent Engineer
Ship the agents behind the five enso surfaces.
You'll own end-to-end agent pipelines — the loops that turn weekly platform reconnaissance into shipped behavior across SEO, SDR, Community, Newsletter and Social. Scrappy first, then hardened.
What you'll do
- Design and ship LLM agent loops in TypeScript that produce real outputs (citations, replies, posts, drafts).
- Wire up data pipelines: scrapers, queues, eval harnesses, observability.
- Turn a one-off field-note experiment into a productized agent the team can run on autopilot.
- Own deploys, on-call, and the boring 5% that decides whether the agent actually works.
What we're looking for
- Strong TypeScript and at least one production-grade LLM project under your belt.
- Comfortable with edges of Node/serverless runtimes, queues, retries, idempotency.
- You'd rather ship an ugly v1 in a week than design v3 on a whiteboard.
Bonus signal
- You've fought a SERP, a Reddit mod or a LinkedIn algorithm and won.
- You've shipped a developer tool people actually use.
