Head of AI Deployments
Build the team that ships what others only pitch.
You manage the forward deployed engineering team — the builders who turn marketing strategy into shipped pages, flows, tools, and automations. You're the escalation point, the quality bar, and the coach who makes everyone on your team sharper every month.
What you'll do
- Lead, hire, and develop the FDE team. Set the culture where shipping fast and owning outcomes is the default.
- Own deployment quality across every customer touchpoint — from landing pages to email flows to integrations.
- Be the bridge between founders, product, and your team: translate vision into briefs, and briefs into shipped work.
- Build the playbooks, component libraries, and standards that let the team scale without slowing down.
What we're looking for
- You've led a technical team before — ideally in growth, marketing engineering, or a fast-moving product environment.
- You still code enough to review architecture, catch bad patterns, and earn the respect of engineers.
- You hire for bias to action. You'd rather have a team of generalists who ship than specialists who deliberate.
