Founding Operator
Own a customer outcome end-to-end.
Half strategist, half mechanic. You'll embed with our earliest customers, decide which agents to point at them, and stay accountable to the outcome — not the dashboard.
What you'll do
- Own a small portfolio of customers and the outcomes enso owes them.
- Configure, tune and babysit agents in production until they're boring.
- Translate customer reality into briefs for the product and research team.
- Spot the patterns that should become the next platform feature.
What we're looking for
- You've worked inside a startup before — ideally as an early operator or founder.
- You're allergic to dashboards-as-deliverables and to long status decks.
- Strong opinions on what good GTM looks like, weakly held when the data disagrees.
