Getting Started
If you’re having trouble logging in or connecting your Instagram account to the Instagram Content Manager, here are the most common issues and how to fix them.
⚡ Common Mistakes
Using a personal account instead of a business account
Entering the wrong username or password
Browser blocking the login
✅ Verify You Have a Business Account
The Instagram Content Manager only works with Instagram Business Accounts (not personal accounts).
Go to your Instagram settings → Account → Account type.
If you’re not on a Business Account, switch from Personal to Business before continuing.

✅ Check Your Login Details
Make sure you’re using the correct username and password for your Instagram Business Account.
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it using your email address, phone number or username.
On the login screen, click Forgot password?
Enter username, email or phone, click Send login link.
Click Ok, and follow the on-screen instructions.
A link will be sent to either your email or phone to help reset your password.
